Our Story

All About TGI

Touch-Life Global Initiative is an international missionary and humanitarian organization with its international headquarters in Nigeria. It is laden with the vision to touching lives for Jesus Christ through caring and sharing as stated in Matthew 25:35 – 40:

For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

The origin of this organization may be traced back to twelve years of praying and seeking the face of the LORD concerning what could be done to fulfill the global mission mandate of Jesus Christ and to help better the lives of so many suffering people in our world.

After series of feasibility studies, investigations and prayers, it became convincingly clear that an organization with a commission to source for necessary materials that could help fulfill this vision be established.

This dream came to reality in August 2005 when TGI was established with a commitment to aid in fulfilling the global mission mandate of our LORD Jesus Christ and to help the less privileged with the basic needs of life regardless of racial, tribal and ethnic background and religious affiliation.

Pastor Dr Diipiri Mishael Tikili, with the unflinching support of his dynamic wife, Evangelist Barinor, was the vision bearer that masterminded the formation and take off of this organization.
